1. Eligible for application
Any individual customer who uses electricity for residential purposes can apply. However, please note that participation is excluded in the cases below!

- Among apartments where electricity bills are included in the management fee, customers who have not submitted information on the amount of electricity used
- Customers who do not have information on the amount of electricity used for the same month in the previous year due to new electricity usage, etc.
- Customers participating in other energy saving programs implemented by KEPCO
2. How to apply
Members who are registered residents at the address where they wish to apply for energy cashback can apply online. You can apply through PC and mobile app.
✅ Search for ‘KEPCO Energy Cashback’ on the portal site and apply
1) Access the ‘KEPCO Energy Cashback’ official website and click the ‘Application for Energy Cashback’ tab. Please select ‘Individual Household’ and start registering.
2) Please verify your personal information through mobile phone authentication.
3) Please enter your personal information for membership registration. To apply for energy cashback, search your resident registration address and check your customer number.
5) When the cashback application is completed, a page will appear indicating that the application has been completed with registration information. Once you receive a confirmation text from KEPCO Customer Center (123), your energy cashback application is complete!
